What services does Azma Africa offer?
We specialize in website design and development, website management and maintenance, creative design (logos, branding, graphics, infographics), and digital consultancy (strategy, SEO, content planning, campaigns). Everything is tailored for Tanzanian businesses, NGOs, and organizations.
Do you only work with certain types of clients?
No! We love working with NGOs, non-profits, agribusinesses, startups, educational initiatives, climate projects, retail businesses, and more. As a Njombe based service provider, we're especially great for local and regional clients, but we serve all of Tanzania.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing starts from TZS 600,000 for basic packages and goes up based on scope. See our Pricing page for details. We provide custom quotes after discussing your needs, always transparent with no hidden fees.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or non-profits?
Yes! We offer special rates for NGOs, community projects, and impact driven organizations. Just mention it during our consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Selcom, M-Pesa, or other mobile money options. We also accept staged payments for larger projects.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 50% deposit to start, with the balance paid on milestones or completion. We're flexible, especially for trusted or ongoing clients.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Most websites take 4-12 weeks, depending on complexity and your feedback speed. Smaller tasks (e.g., logo design) can be done in 1 day to 3 weeks. We provide a clear timeline in your custom proposal.
What is your process for a typical project?

Packages include 1-2 rounds (or unlimited for premium). Additional revisions are available at an affordable hourly rate (TZS 20,000/hour).
Do you handle domain registration and hosting?
We can advise and assist, but these are usually paid directly by you (e.g., ~TZS 30,000/year for domain, ~TZS 300,000/year for hosting). We recommend only reliable international providers and help set them up.
Who owns the website and designs after completion?
You do! Upon full payment, we transfer full ownership of the final files, source code, and designs (excluding third-party tools). You get everything needed to manage it independently.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes, 100%! All our websites are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, which is crucial in this age where most users browse on phones.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes! Monthly plans start from TZS 100,000/=, covering updates, security, backups, and content changes. We also provide post-launch support (30-90 days included) and a warranty for bug fixes.
What if I'm not happy with the final result?
We work closely with you throughout, with revisions built in. If something's off due to our error, we'll fix it at no cost. Client satisfaction is our top priority, we aim for 100% happy outcomes.
